Settlement between Baygum Jan, wife of Sayyid Javad, and Baygum, wife of Sayyid ‘Ali and daughter of Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab, and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, son of Mir Zayn al-‘Abidin Fazuh-ji of Isfahan, exchanging a garden known as Rasti Garden located in the Jurtan Marbin village of Isfahan, twenty-five tumans for the price of the house of Sayyid ‘Ali's wife, and forty-five tumans from another settlement between Sayyid Javad and his wife for two thousand rupees and one hundred units of wheat. The garden was Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab's and had been transferred to his son and his daughter after his death....

Marriage contract of Maʻsumah Khanum and Abu Talib, 1849
Marriage contract of Maʻsumah Khanum, daughter of Haj ʻAliyar resident of Tehran [illegible] Isfahan, and Abu Talib, son of ʻAli Riza. The mahr is twenty two tumans and five thousand dinars. Following this contract, the groom's father settled with the groom over one-sixth of a house located at [illegible] for ten [illegible] coins and ten loads of wheat. Then the groom settled with the bride over the mentioned part of property for eight tumans of the mahr. Settlement, 1891 and 1901
Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause. Settlement between Haji ‘Ali Asghar and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, 1874
Settlement, dated June 8, 1874, between Haji ‘Ali Asghar, son of Muhammad from Khuzan, and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Mirza Haji Sayyid ‘Ali and wife of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, over one-twelfth of a house and a garden in Shams Abad of Khuzan. Another twelfth of this property belongs to Sakinah Khanum according to her marriage contract. Umm Kulsum Khanum, mother of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, owns one-twelfth of this property as well. On the verso, dated June 9, 1874: another settlement has determined the shares of Sakinah Baygum Khanum and Umm Kulsum Khanum.
